We started BYSK Ventures with a simple belief: a growing company shouldn't have to choose between the analysis it needs and the volume it has to handle every day. So we built one firm to do both — a KPO and BPO partner that runs the sales and back-office operations of travel, IT and construction businesses across the UK and India.
BYSK Ventures LLP has been operating for the last two years from Mohali, Punjab. We began the way good service companies usually do — with a handful of people, a few processes handed to us by clients who needed breathing room, and a promise to treat their work as carefully as they would.
That early work taught us the thing we're now known for: the gap between a UK business and an Indian delivery team can be a weakness or a strength, and it comes down to how the desk is run.
